Fire and Security Company Ignites Online Presence, New Services
[INDIANAPOLIS, IN - March 9, 2011] - After 18 years, a new name, and added services, USAutomatic Fire and Security, previously USAutomatic Sprinkler, is poised for growth.

A thought leader in fire and life safety, the fire protection and life safety company adds a National Monitoring Systems division to round out their services. With this addition, USAutomatic specializes in four key areas: Fire Alarm & Detection; Fire Protection; Inspection, Testing and Maintenance; and National UL/FM (Underwriter Laboratories/Factory Mutual approved) Monitoring Services.

As a result, USAutomatic is now the leading resource for comprehensive life safety and fire protection in the state of Indiana. They design, install, inspect, test and maintain fire alarm systems, fire protection systems, both chemical and water-based, and security systems. Additionally, they provide in depth hazard analysis and code review services.

As Indiana’s only fire and life safety training center with a live burn room, The Flashpoint Center, USAutomatic’s technicians have immense hands-on experience that makes them proficient in servicing all types of fire alarm, suppression, and special hazard systems, regardless of the size, complexity, or system manufacture.

Types of facilities include manufacturing, industrial and Highly Regulated Occupancy (HRO™). USAutomatic’s impressive client list touts well known companies such as Wal-Mart, Macy’s, Caterpillar, IU Medical, Cassidy Turley and Cracker Barrel.

Highly Regulated Occupancies (HROs) are an area of particular complexity that USAutomatic handles with expertise and ease. The rigid regulation by multiple agencies of HROs such as schools, hospitals, nursing homes and prisons, makes inspection an all-to-important task. USAutomatic’s new true central station monitoring assures that all of their facilities are kept safe and protected continuously.

With the new name, also comes a hot new website for USAutomatic. The new site offers unlimited online access to both monitoring and inspection reports so clients are always up-to-date and most importantly compliant with their current safety standards and requirements. The website also offers visitors a first-hand account of the rapid and destructive power of fire. One particular video demonstrates USAutomatic’s ability to show the suppression systems live and in action and how they squelch hazardous life threatening conditions quickly and efficiently.

“Our roots, our culture, are seriously grounded in active fire protection,” Bruce Agan, President of USAutomatic said. “Our systems, equipment and newly added services ensure that in the worst of times, under the worst of conditions, we save both life and property.”
